Changing our LLP's name, office or address for notices — which forms?
The short answer
Changing an LLP's name, registered office, or notice address each triggers a specific MCA filing — and often an agreement update too. LLP Form 5 covers a name change under Section 19. LLP Form 15 reports a change of registered office under Section 13, while LLP Form 12 intimates another address for service of documents under Section 13(2). We are moving our registered office — is that the same as a notice address?
